What this request covers
When a Mednecta account deletion request is completed, Mednecta deletes the user account and account-associated user data according to the platform deletion process. This includes profile identity data, account records, and user-generated account data tied to the deleted account, unless a limited retention period is required for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Fastest option if you can still sign in
Open Mednecta, go to Edit Profile, then open Security. Use Delete Account and confirm with your current password. The Android app also provides account data export from the same Security section.
Request deletion without using the app
If you cannot access the app or already uninstalled it, submit this form. Use the email address linked to your Mednecta account so the team can identify and verify the request.
